THE COMPANY
We are partnering with an innovative financial lender that provides credit lines for consumer brands and investor groups. They operate with the agility of a VC-backed tech company. They built a proprietary loan service platform to power their entire operations, portfolio management, and client sourcing, helping them drive data-informed decisions.
THE ROLE – FULL STACK DEVELOPER
As a Full Stack Developer, you’ll join a small, collaborative team focused on maintaining and enhancing their platform. Reporting to the Director and Tech Lead, you’ll be responsible for both front-end and back-end development (50/50 split), bug fixes, and feature development. Key responsibilities include:
- Engaging in two-week sprint cycles
- Collaborating with heads of business departments to understand different areas of the company
- Proactively identifying and addressing platform issues to ensure reliability
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Proficiency in Node.js and React
- Understanding of development processes, ideally with experience in PostgreSQL, Python microservices for machine learning/predictive modeling, and AWS
- Familiarity with machine learning is a plus but not required
BENEFITS
Base salary of $120,000 - $130,000 with a targeted bonus, plus comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage.
